Beauty bosses fear failing, and won't take risks that might cause them to "fail." I say take the leap of faith, even when it seems scary and HUGE! Learn to trust your gut, put your blinders on and focus on your BIG VISION. It doesn't matter what anyone else things or if they know about your failures.
